Cardio day: 30 minute interval cycle= 3 minutes level 7 & 2 minutes level 9 then 30 minutes interval run 2 minutes jog incline of 3.5 then 1 lap on the running machine on level 11.5 incline on 2.5( x4)
Workout plan 2:
20 minute interval cycle
Squats 20 seconds with 10 second break(x4)
20 seconds of burpees with 10 second break(x4)
(3 minutes rest)
(Superset): squat, curl, press & arm dips
lunges with weights, curl & sky dive
CORE(1min each): side plank, bridge,plank,bicycle crunch, push ups, side plank, bicycle crunch, sit ups, high plank
Step up with weights 30 seconds x4 and weights workout with long bar(light weight)
3rd week of intense exercise and low carb diet. Had 2 slices of vogal bread on Sunday and a panini then 2 slices of toast for dinner, hungover on Monday. Not a great weekend so need to make up for it this week.
Diet:
8.30- 2 eggs scarmbled with a small chunk of cheese and mushrooms
10.00- Coffee
12.30- Chicken and vegetable soup with wholemeal roll and butter
1.00- Capuccino
4.30- Sports drink
8.00- Chicken breast cooked in vegetable stock, vegetable mash and brocolli
9.30- Lemsip

Chanel No 5 has had many influential ambassadors, including the likes of Marilyn Monroe. The perfume has been around since 1920 so surely it’s time for a change.
