Workout Wednesday
Workout plan 1:
Cardio day: 30 minute interval cycle= 3 minutes level 7 & 2 minutes level 9 then 30 minutes interval run 2 minutes jog incline of 3.5 then 1 lap on the running machine on level 11.5 incline on 2.5( x4)
Workout plan 2:
20 minute interval cycle
Squats 20 seconds with 10 second break(x4)
20 seconds of burpees with 10 second break(x4)

Wednesday 23rd January.
3rd week of intense exercise and low carb diet. Had 2 slices of vogal bread on Sunday and a panini then 2 slices of toast for dinner, hungover on Monday. Not a great weekend so need to make up for it this week.
Diet:
8.30- 2 eggs scarmbled with a small chunk of cheese and mushrooms
10.00- Coffee
12.30- Chicken and vegetable soup with wholemeal roll and butter
